As a private, non-profit preschool for children ages 2 to 5, we offer small class sizes, individualized attention, a rich Judaic curriculum, and flexible options for busy families. The Greenburgh Hebrew Center ECC offers a warm, nurturing environment combining secular and Judaic education to support each child’s social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cognitive growth. Following the philosophy that children learn best through hands-on experiences, our skilled teachers use careful observation to tailor play-based, age-appropriate activities that engage diverse learning styles. Our flexible, student-driven curriculum aligns with NAEYC standards and NYS Pre-K Foundations to ensure every child thrives and meets key benchmarks before kindergarten.

Our children attended Greenburgh Hebrew Center ECC and we were so pleased with the nurturing, creative and engaging environment at the school. The smaller class sizes allowed teachers to provide more individualized attention, enabling them to tailor instruction to each student's specific needs and learning style. The combination of secular and Jewish curriculum was age appropriate and centered on a learn through play model that matched perfectly with our family's needs and our Jewish values.
